3. Ordering

When you place an order you are making an offer to purchase a product.

Orders become accepted only once you receive a dispatch confirmation.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders where:

A product is unavailable
Payment cannot be authorised
Pricing errors occur
Fraud is suspected
We reasonably believe an order has been placed for resale rather than personal use

4. Pricing

All prices are shown in Pounds Sterling (£).

PROJECT 6S7N LTD is not currently VAT registered.

Prices may change without notice.

Promotional pricing applies only during the stated promotional period.

5. Payment

Payment must be received in full before goods are dispatched.

We accept payment through Shopify's approved payment providers.

We never store your payment card details.

6. Shipping

Shipping information is provided within our separate Shipping Policy.

Delivery times are estimates only.

We cannot guarantee courier delivery dates.

7. Returns

Returns are governed by our Returns & Refund Policy.

Some products cannot be returned for hygiene or food safety reasons, including opened coffee and sports nutrition products.

Personalised or limited edition products may also be excluded where permitted by law.

8. Product Descriptions

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions and photographs accurately represent each item.

Natural materials, printing processes and small batch manufacturing may result in slight variations.

These should not be considered defects.

9. Limited Edition Products

Some products are produced in strictly limited quantities.

Once sold out they may never be reproduced.

Individual numbering, certificates of authenticity or bespoke packaging may vary between editions.

11. Guided Adventures

Bookings for guided rides are subject to separate Adventure Booking Terms.

Participation in cycling and outdoor activities involves inherent risks.

Participants are responsible for ensuring they have suitable fitness, equipment and experience.

Project 6•S7N reserves the right to alter routes, timings or cancel events where necessary for safety.

12. Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless required by law.

Unused balances remain available until the expiry date shown on the card.

13. Promotions

From time to time we may offer promotional discounts.

Only one promotional code may normally be used per order unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to withdraw promotions at any time.
