THE COFFEE ALWAYS TASTES BETTER OUT HERE
We've all had exceptional coffee.
We've all had expensive coffee.
But very few cups stay with you.
The ones you remember are rarely about the beans.
They're about where you were.
Standing beneath a corrugated roof while rain drums overhead.
Mud drying on your shoes.
Steam rising from an enamel mug.
Watching another rider arrive with the same smile that says,
"That climb was worth it."
Coffee becomes part of the story.
